Pros

The company is easy going and light. There are very few dumpster fires that occur during the year, and upper management really lets you be independent with your tasks.

Cons

The company's lax style of management makes the company feel like a rudderless ship, and like your day to day is pointless. The starting pay is a joke Staff turns over incredibly fast. It says 35hr work week, but really you're there for 40hrs a week.

Pros

Housing first and serving undocumented people.

Cons

Tragically, chronically understaffed. No robust onsite substance use disorder treatment for the vast majority of clients who would benefit.
