Pros

Common Ground has a fantastic office culture. The staff community is extremely friendly and motivated and they are very committed to the mission of the organization. The company values a good work and personal life balance and does not expect the general salaried staff to work extra hours.

Cons

There are very limited opportunities for growth within the company. Additionally, the salaries for non-management staff are low and not sustainable long term for living in New York City. The combination of these two factors ultimately causes a lot of turn over in the company.
