Pros

Wonderful boots on the ground people, dedicated to supporting tenants and clients.

Cons

The complete destruction of a positive organizational culture that appreciates employees, fosters creativity and communication, or functions efficiently during recent and continued expansion. Cross departmental communication was nonexistent or borderline combative. Organizational policy existed on a case by case basis. Remote work/WFH flexibility? Only if you work in specific departments (or fall into a small hierarchy of senior management). Duties were shifted to frontline departments, in peak 2020 pandemic time, to allow other departments to remain remote. ZERO incentive or appreciation to those same frontline staff taking on added duties, that continued into 2022.

Pros

The work is purposeful and you can make real change in clients' lives.

Cons

Understaffed, underpaid. No room for growth in the company unless you're a licensed social worker.
