Good place to get supervisory experiences as a LMSW

The number of holidays, space to move up within social services, can get a management/supervisor job without supervisory experience.

Cons

The culture has a very specific hierarchy and division across operations and clinical that is kind of divided, staff are paid low and burnt out.
