VIOLENT WORKPLACE

Pros

Coworkers. That’s it. We trauma bond.

Cons

I have never heard of such an egregious workplace. I left this company after multiple coworkers of mine experienced violence and HR turned it around on them! This company was excusing the actions of managers who were sexually harassing their staff, of racist managers, and so much more. I was harassed by managing for a chronic health issue. They broke up DEI efforts while I was on staff. I wish I could be more specific but I worry about retaliation. Awful place, never work here
