      Staff and Senior Management are flexible and open to ideas. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      The area is a bit congested in evening, most staff start at 8 am or even before to leave earlier.

      Passionate volunteers that make you feel you are part of a family Talented, determined staff with a lot of creativity New exciting partnerships happening Culture open to change and trying new things A cause that you want to fight for - easy to get out of bed each day and want to raise funds for

      Organization is trying to move a lot of new things at the same time. If you are less open to change, this could be hard.
