I love JDRF, the benefits are great, they are always advancing and putting money in the right place.

Pros

Benefits especially for those with T1D. Building back thoughtfully post pandemic and listening to staff. New executive leadership team that seems open to innovation and collaboration with staff.

Cons

Not a very diverse organization - but they’re working on it. Volunteers are very involved operations - can sometimes make it difficult to do your job.
