Too many layers in CE with regional, national. The idea of every chapter doing the same thing the same exact way with no middle ground to customize and adapt based on local community needs can often be missed.

Unfortunately, a great national organization that gets tarnished because of individual chapters. The Executive director of this chapter was not only the most rude and condescending ED I’ve ever worked for, the entire culture of the chapter is toxic and petty. There is a huge lack of teamwork and collaboration, making chapter success difficult and professional advancement near impossible.
