      Staff and Senior Management are flexible and open to ideas. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      The area is a bit congested in evening, most staff start at 8 am or even before to leave earlier.

      Pros

      I loved working at JDRF. The work they do for the Greater Iowa community is so great. I had an internship with them and it took me little to no time to get acquainted with the employees. They were all so passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      The only downside was the internship was unpaid but they were up front about it.
