Very passionate folks here. Great mission. Many committed volunteers and supporters. Financially stable. Best work life balance I've had anywhere I've worked.

Great people to work with, great work environment, great mission. JDRF is truly doing big things to help cure T1D and the staff/volunteers are incredibly passionate.

Cons

Career opportunity/advancement. Chapter life is cyclical.
