Pros
The mission is a great mission and helps with funding research for T1D and providing places for community of those affected by T1D.
Cons
Leadership. Openly lied to staff during beginning stages of COVID crisis by saying the organization was fine but then in April, 40% of the staff was furloughed for 3 months. And just recently (late July 2020), they laid off approximately half of the entire org's staff. Unrealistic job and department goals without providing resources to help reach goals.
