      Pros

      JDRF is a well-established non-profit that works hard towards achieving their mission. The employees, volunteers, and leadership are passionate about their work.

      Cons

      Events can be exhausting and there seems to be little room to move up in the company.

      Terrible management on the chapter level.

      Pros

      Great mission, wonderful constituents, fantastic vacation/sick/personal time, more than adequate health insurance.

      Cons

      Terrible management at some of the chapters. Leaders at national turn a blind eye.
