Work from home, Chat using Teams, Using SAP, Nice Employees, Incentives

Cons

Not enough time for a break, No option to make up time, No opportunity for a pay increase, Lack of training, Non-stop calls, Lots of pressure with less pay. No discounts for employees in Florida
