      Job wasn't super difficult, customer base was good.

      Cons

      Biggest con was the break structure; you are given 20 minutes of break total that can only be used in 5-minute increments

      Pros

      KAM role is flexible and can be done remote, Union role which includes great insurance benefits.

      Cons

      Bonus payouts are not guaranteed. The company is consolidating in everyway- they are not filling open roles and instead, they are putting that extra work on to other people's desk without additional compensation. Local leadership has let some amazing people leave BBG to go to competitors. There is a shift in the industry and BBG is feeling it in a big way.
