      Good brands in the portfolio. Fun industry. Friendly co-workers and customers

      Terrible reputation with account buyers in the local market Management discriminates women and POC Managers manipulate system for personal benefit (ex. redirect supplier perks away from salespeople to keep for themselves) No chance for promotion unless you are related to someone higher up or a white male

      Overtime, benefits, customer relations, management, some team members

      Cons

      The company doesn’t want to give merchandisers competitive wages, you have to carry some people, the gas card is not enough you’re paying out of pocket to work.
