The wine and spirits industry is fun and rewarding.

Cons

BBG has terrible executive leadership who can’t execute if their lives depended on it. They keep losing brands and are the laughing stock to competitors such an RNDC and Southern. There is a new CEO which hopefully will bring about much needed change.

Can’t get promoted if you are a female or not apart of the favorite/golden boy club

Even working for over 5 years and excelling at all task and goals that are given to you but you are not apart of the “golden boys club” you will never get promoted
