      Pros

      Genuinely friendly, collaborative culture; a lot of effort goes into making sure that employees are informed and knowledgeable about the company and the brands they represent. Promoting from within and employee referrals strongly encouraged. They're a leader in their industry, strong market presence across the US. Nice perks like discounts on and spirits. Good systems in place; forward-thinking company.

      Cons

      Location not easily accessible by public transportation. Average compensation and benefits. A lot of changes going on due to recent merger.

      - Great company culture (may vary depending on which division you work for) - High level of autonomy - Decent base pay, good opportunities for incentives, bonuses, trips, etc - Opportunities for advancement if you work hard and stand out - All about developing their people

      Cons

      - HR could be difficult to deal with at times - Not a lot of transparency about how bonuses are calculated for management - High pressure environment, but that's any sales job

      Healthy incentives and really great benefits. If you work hard you really can make extra money. Your schedule is very flexible.

      Cons

      Upper management is very old school. They expect you to do everything to be successful, and then spend another 20 hours tracking it. They admin work is truly overwhelming.
