      Pros

      The culture is wonderful, benefits are excellent and overall it's just an amazing company to work for! Also very big on philanthropy and giving back to the community, which makes this company even better.

      Cons

      I would say the only con is the IT. Corporate seems to struggle a bit in this area which can be frustrating, but this is one small flaw in the scheme of things, the positives definitely outweigh any negatives!

      Pros

      Benefits, union, 401k. Discounts on Craft Beer, spirits and wine. All together the perks are nice given a lifestyle for most 20 somethings and early 30s.

      Cons

      Thankless job, extremely limited opportunity for promotion unless you end up in one of 2 divisions in company out of 5 or 6. Otherwise you're stuck Ina rut u less someone is willing to take a chance. I have been in role for over two years and was told in initial interview that it would be between 12-18 months promotion would be there. Others I have seen have been in role for 3-6 months and are promoted because that's the division they are in. If you're lucky to get in those divisions good for your, otherwise you're screwed.

      A decent entry level sales position

      flexible hours. make your own schedule. sell great brands. beer suppliers are incredible. sometimes receive branded jackets, backpacks, gear, etc.

      Cons

      can't pursue your own territory expansion. little co-worker interaction other than the all day company meetings. benefits are not competitive. gas, and expenses are not reimbursed.
