      Pros

      Breakthru, formerly Wirtz, is a great company to work at due to the company culture, benefits, and work-life balance. The company does a great job of surrounding you with talented people who continuously push you to succeed and execute at the highest possible level.

      Cons

      Union ties for the sales representatives, sales associates, and district managers can sometimes handcuff the way you'd prefer to do business.

      Thank you for your dedication to our organization and our customers. Our culture is very special. Although we are over 6000 associate strong, it still feels like a family. It is one of the reasons why many of our associates decide to come and stay. We have great relationships with our union partners and work closely to strengthen our great partnerships.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great working conditions. Management cares about it's workers. Newer facility and clean work environment. Safety is number 1 at Breakthru.

      Cons

      Need a exhaust fan in the warehouse restroom. Over an hour drive to get to work. The town has no retail/food to really speak of.
