Pros

Pleasant work environment, most of the employees are friendly, good office location just off the 15 hwy.

Cons

Under paid for the work involved and very low to none pay increases, job advancement is only given to people who are under a set age and are favored despite the lack of skill, experience and time with the company.

Pros

Benefits are decent ($175 -205 for associate, $380 -$470 for Associate + spouse, $305 -$380 for Associate + Children, $505 -$585 for family, high deductible is $140/$324/$268/$407) Hybrid for some departments (3 days a week at home, 2 in office), which is great Location of the office Industry is exciting and non-stop Management at the corporate level seems to be doing and saying all the right things

Cons

If you need to travel to visit family during the holidays this is not the company for you. They are enforcing a mandatory no vacation from 11/15 to 12/31 for the whole office, even those who really don't have a crunch time but it's well known that there are people who are exempt. Employees from other offices haven't heard of this policy which means that it's unlikely a corporate policy. This is the talk of the office and resulting in many disgruntled employees. For all the talk of the company being a family when it comes to your own family and the holidays the company comes first Vacation isn't keeping up with other companies. Sliding scale of 2 weeks up to 4 weeks when you reach 10 years. There are 5 personal and 2 floating holidays. This is an ok policy, but many companies are trying to be competitive and starting higher. If you accept a job here, try to negotiate this as I wish I had Morale is low and this is a big deal.
