Pros

I genuinely enjoyed working with my direct supervisor and many of my coworkers. The free alcohol was a nice perk. We were offered free IT training, team building exercises, wine and spirit classes. I got to work with a diverse group of state of the art technologies. Pretty good teleworking policy.

Cons

There was no work/life balance, we worked weekends, we were expected to come in early and stay late. The environment was suffocating at times. Employee surveillance was out hand . Everything you do is monitored including time clock utilization, bathroom breaks, internet usage. Upper management was very cliquey and primarily made up of Caucasian males, they don't seem to see a problem with that. Compensation was below average for the field.

Pros

Time given for PTO and vacation is reasonable. Insurance package is good. The also offer a hotline to the employees that can assist with any issues that may not be work related.

Cons

It is an uneasy and stressful work environment. The departments are micro manage to the point where it feels like a day care. I found this odd being that the management was not organized and unprofessional. They do not have a matrix for training of the department and took no accountability for the areas in which they lack organization. Employees have a fear of speaking on the flaws of the department for fear of loosing there jobs. Which they should because HR's open door policy falls on def ears. The rules and regulations only apply to some, not all. The environment felt much like high school, very clicky. If your among the right click your lunches are longer as someone else will clock you in and out.

Pros

There are no pros

Cons

Everything. You will not find a more disorganized place to work. If you enjoy terrible pay while being asked to make your superiors incentive money, this is the place for you. HR cannot answer accounting questions. 4-5 separate times everyone has been paid incorrectly. Management does not care about their employees. They enjoy talking about non work related topics while having 300 dollar expensed lunches. Their contribution to the company is sending emails and text messages. Spelling and proper grammar utilization isn't a requirement in professional communication. Speaking your mind and giving your input is frowned upon. When visiting the office be prepared to answer questions about fantasy football and spreads."All eyes on this" is code for I really need to do this because my manager has money on the line. Verbal threats and little to no support from management is a common occurance. This review could go on for days. Please save yourself and your career, look elsewhere for work.
