      The division you're in and the manager you have will dictate your experience here. The division culture is far more prevalent than the company culture

      They will overwork you and not advance you

      Learned a lot about the alcohol industry

      Cons

      Constant change in your supervisors If you are a company hire (not a gallo hire) they will take advantage of you. They will promote less qualified people (because they were Gallo hires) They will put you in a division that advances people quickly, but rather than promote you they will work you until you burn out

      Commission rate is far too low

      Supplier incentives can be rewarding

      Cons

      - Commission rate is far too low especially considering the physical requirements that are also required - Very little payed time off considering you must work all holidays except for Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, and New Years day. For those three holidays, you must work the Sunday prior - Use your own vehicle and put a lot of miles on your vehicle - Gas stipend is next to nothing - Hours can be long - Very few perks
