      - All very young and fresh out of college - Clique-y - No room for advancement unless you're part of the 'squad' - EXTREMELY LONG HOURS - Expect to drive all day every day

      fun environment with happy hours and free booze

      Cons

      management that only cars about themselves. too many priorities. no upward growth takes years for some to be promoted. sales reps get no expense accounts, gas/toll/mileage reimbursement (which you cant write off on taxes anymore) so all the money you have to spend out of your pocket is never reimbursed. straight commission no base compared to competitors. also for the many years i have worked here we have lost many suppliers and continue to lose more every month.
