      -Flexible schedule -Selling fun and exciting products

      Cons

      -too many hours of work for not enough pay/benefits to justify the man hours put in -physical labor on the retail side -work life balance is not encouraged

      Pros

      Family atmosphere. Job specific training and education. Exciting and fast-paced relationship building work. Getting to pair wine and food while building connections with buyers.

      Cons

      The corporate structure means selling some of the same wines which can become repetitive and lead to market saturation of similar wines.

      Pros

      Great team members in the organization that are all passionate about doing their best to help each other. A fun industry that continues to grow during good and bad economic times

      Cons

      Not enough autonomy allowed in from higher management. This stifles the passion of those with great ideas that are not able to be implemented.
