Flexible Salaried Job, you have time to work on your personal life. The sales goals are not your responsibility.

Cons

You don't get commissions, you add a lot of milage on your vehicle because you're completing tasks for the entire team. It is not a role that focusses much development but more on merchandising and sales rep assistant.

Pros

Good money if you don’t have a life outside of work.

Cons

No work life balance. 12 hour shift is considered a short shift. Constant 14-16 hour work days. If you enjoy seeing your wife and kids this is not the place. Managers have no social skills. 30 stops and 500-600 cases is not unusual. 4 day work week is a lie.
