      Long hours on salary

      Only work 4 days, better pay than competitors

      Cons

      Sure it's only 4 days, but in those 4 days they will work you harder and longer than you would at a normal 5 days. At a competitor I previously worked for, I would work 5 days about 40 hours, here it's 4 days, 50-55 hours. Best part is when you get back to the warehouse they ask: "what took so long?" My response: "oh I don't know, I had 40 stops 600 cases on a route I'm filling in for so I don't know it??"

      Corporate jams sales requirements down your throat

      Unrealistic sales goals for different demographic markets that make goals unreachable therefore slashing employee wages due to inability to reach said goals.

      Cons

      other than unrealistic sales goals the job was great.
