First off I would like to say being a Delivery driver at Breakthru is a challenge because end of the day it seems all the problems or issues that going go on at Breakthru falls on the drivers in which its not fair especially when majority of the time we the drivers don't have any control or power for the issues that goes on. Anytime you have a talk with management about a issue that can be resolve so we can work together as a team and grow from it they look at drivers as nothing but just a number and say we keep complaining but in reality we want to help improve the company to be better. When all the drivers got hired and went thru the interview process one of the requirements is that driver will work around 10 hour days but seems like we all work at least 12 hours and seems like that is not enough for them. Also the environment there is not the greatest it seems like a lot of people will try to say negative things which not the best place to work at. Drivers try to give advice or help with routing and how warehouse do things but management doesn't care and they let it the problem fester and let it be worse instead of curing the problem. Trucks are also not done on time and warehouse seem to be unorganized as well. Routing is all over the place and drivers constantly had to make changes on the go while dealing with conglomerate of variables on everyday basis.
