      Excellent Culture, Fun Industry, Strong Management, Caring Owners, Engaged Team Members and no short-term public company behavior. Really care about its employees and their growth.

      Good industry to work in

      Cons

      Awful management in apex division of the Denver, co Location. They have cut commissions 3 of the last 4 years. Horrible culture. Worst place I’ve ever worked.

      Pros

      When my career was impacted by COVID-19, I was able to pivot a 15+ year career and leverage my skills to start a new chapter at Breakthru. The strong family culture isn’t just a saying, it's a way of life. I feel empowered, inspired, challenged, and most of all, supported in the growth of my new career by my colleagues and our leaders.

      Cons

      On-Boarding remoting can be tough since you miss some of the subtle cues and "Oh ,by the way" things you pick up in person.
