      Pros

      Flexible schedule, very little supervision. Unless you want supervision or aren't performing you will be left alone

      Cons

      Some other divisions and employees don't hold up to their end of the bargain. Occasionally buyers are difficult depending on your route.

      You get what you put in as with most things, I have the privilege of working with an excellent manager that helped me in the areas I needed improvement.

      Cons

      Depending on your territory you can sometimes get left out to dry so to speak.
