      Pros

      Working at Breathe Easy is a different experience. Excellence is expected and the tools are given. Management is always open to new ideas and ways to improve. The company is constantly adapting and changing to make themselves a better company. Great work environment especially with the new location.

      Cons

      No cons really but it’s a fast paced work environment so for some it can be hard to keep up with flow

      Pros

      Hours were nice as it meshed with daycare hours and i didnt have tonworry about a babysitter last minite

      Cons

      Pay could be a lot better and managment was not that organozed. All in all i would recomend

      Pros

      Working Mon- Fri from 9-5, young principals so they can be lenient. Location is close to major freeways. Mostly closed on holidays.

      Cons

      1 . preferential treatment to senior agents. 2. Lack of structured management 3. High turn over. 4. You are a W2 employee however, no benefits, no sick days (you are conveniently self-employed contractor when it came to this issue). 5. Due to the size of the company, there is absolutely no chance of advancement
