      Pros

      Company invests in employee training and tools. Great employee discounts.

      Cons

      Poor Ethics toward employees and customers. Not afraid to step on others to benefit themselves. Too much micromanagement from too many owners and egos are counterproductive.

      Pros

      The biggest Pro, would probably be a discount on the already over-priced items, and the ability to borrow a trailer for a weekend. Another is the personal relationships you can build with some of the people.

      Cons

      The poor pay, the poor morale throughout the business, and the blame game.
