I never felt upset or sick of going to work as the staff I worked with were always so nice.

Cons

The company above really doesn't care about the staff at all. Even as a manager I didn't make London living wage, intentionally difficult to claim sick pay, poorly organised promotions (£1 pints of punk was catastrophic), closing down 10 sites and only informing staff a week in advance...etc.

Fun job in Summer, good to be outside. Coworkers are lovely.

Cons

Hard job in winter, very focused on labour. Owned by Australian Venue Co who have a shady background Hard to get promoted
