Good company ethos, regular staff appraisals, meetings with directors once a month, emphasis on personal and professional development, opportunities to gain qualifications

Cons

Poor location within UK - hard to find accommodation in an area close to the HQ among other issues, many positions hourly paid (albeit at a reasonable rate)
