BrewDog is a great company that lets you work at YOUR pace and expand creativity. There is definitely a team atmosphere in which you can always talk to your peers and co workers with problems/concerns/ideas.

Cons

The biggest con is communication, since we are a such a fast growing company-sometimes its hard to properly communicate with one another.
