Pros

The pay was decent, though I was easily hired for another company that offered me 30% more. It was a good stepping stone gig if you're trying to land in Columbus. A good job for starters out of college. A lot of free beer was the biggest Pro. Which says a lot....

Cons

-Poor Safety Culture. -Lack of Humility with those in management roles. Seems like a power trip. -Retirement benefits are a joke, they are virtually non-existent. -Benefits are a bit weak. -Bad CSR and Publicity, I don't see them going upward anytime soon as they've had to close down locations recently due to the bad publicity. -They have their priorities misplaced. -Bad job for those who are seasoned, and experienced in their fields.

Pros

Can’t think of anything positive

Cons

The most toxic work environment of all time. No pay; ever. Nepotism, favoritism, racist, lying greedy awful scum. Retaliation at an unheard of level. No regard for worker health and safety or wellbeing. Severely underpaid and the better employee you are the more you will be punished. Everything the company says is a lie.

Pros

The only pro is that I no longer work there

Cons

DO NOT WORK HERE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Calling the work environment toxic is putting it mildly. I worked at the brewery, In the bar that regularly did $40,000 on a weekend night, but pays hourly staff well below average for their efforts. So bad that it will make you pity the people that work there..... Any promotion is a pay cut for tipped employees, meaning anyone willing to go into management with this company has something wrong with them mentally.
