Pros

Good team, great environment. Salary was OK. I advice everyone to apply and see for themselves. Not many companies are like them.

Cons

Process is slow. Senior employees seem to be less qualified than the youngsters. Salary could be better. Factory is based in Ellon.

Everyone is absolutely on board with our mission. To make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are and that makes BrewDog a very special place to work! Extremely fast paced environment with an amazing buzz about the place!

Cons

Not necessarily a con but we do run lean as a company and you have to be ready to give 100% and more!
