Staff drink after a Friday and Saturday shift... Staff discounts on food, drink (staff get the same discount as a student)... No longer carbon negative

Cons

hours are sparse minimum wage which Brewdog bragged about being living wage back in time... aged well huh? Staff discount is the same as a student. Fast-paced doesn’t always mean positive — leads to burnout, thats what happened to me anyway. Depending on the location, I find it rather toxic as a workplace. Inconsistent, poor middle management Working for BrewDog means being part of a company that’s frequently in the media spotlight — for better or worse. The company prides itself on doing things differently, but this sometimes results in lack of structure or planning
