no pros at all (Waterloo branch)

Cons

- Verbally and emotionally abusive management - the staff were blamed for anything that went wrong even if it was managements fault - pays minimum wage with no holiday pay and hours were ridiculous, finishing at 3am and no extra was given to get you home - was told to ‘just deal’ with sexual harassment from customers - toxic work culture and filthy staff room - expected to cover jobs that are not yours aka washing crockery and glasses in mega amounts - no benefits
