      Benefits were good, 401k was a 6% match, free beer, fun people to work with.

      Unrealistic expectations, low wages even for the beer industry, lean teams, all the investments go towards retail expansion and not to sales or brewing. Questionable practices,

      Good insurance, friendly humans, fast paced environment, they love dogs

      Cons

      Expectations of time dedicated to company success is overwhelming, always changing narrative, hurtful and condescending to employees, focus is on the brand always not the humans as they claim, lots of “values” with no follow through, got to be one of “the boys” to have a valid opinion and grow with the company, moderate pay for the amount of hours expected of you
