Pros

Free shift meal/beer amazing benefits for the industry. PTO full health benefits. Worked with people I thoroughly enjoyed working with.

Cons

Poor communication with management. Management didn't want to listen to employees about anything. No potential for growth.

Pros

There are so many perks - whether it's the Unicorn Fund (employee profit share), occasional free beer, gym on-site, good benefits, growth potential, etc. You can really tell the company strives to give back to the staff. Also working with a team passionate about craft beer can't be beat, as well as being part of something awesome. The teams I worked with were awesome!

Cons

Any company will experience growing pains, or have some questionable hires. It sounds like the negative energies have finally left though.
