- hours are given - receive tips (via tip jar) - use wagestream meaning you can access a particular percentage of pay before pay day

Cons

- toxic management!! It was common for managers to speak to staff in a belittling manner which was always unwarranted. I worked in the Waterloo Station (Slidings) branch so I can only speak about that branch.
