Pros

Good benefits, they try really hard to engage everyone in to team players. Very good stability , there is always work to do. You have the ability to move around if you want lateral moves.

Cons

There are so many people that there is a lot of high school drama Management , doesn't always know how to manage. They like to put out the presentation that they like to move people up, but they always have favorites .

Pros

Company has significant growth which allows for room to advance within the company. This also allows an employee to work in other fields there is always room to grow and learn.

Cons

Training is an issue since the growth of the company has increased. A plan of action has been put in place currently in the past month which hopefully will allow all employees the benefit of being fully trained in their position to be able to be confident and succeed within their departments.

Great hours , Great Pay , Good Environment , great benefits , Great bonuses

Cons

No Career opportunities , Full of nepotism/favoritism . Reports are all unreliable which make difficult to bonus at times .
