Pros

The "family" environment. While this is a large company the management staff always seems to find time for the individual. The focus is on the dual purpose of growing the business and growing the employees to support that growth. The job I do gives me the opportunity to use critical thinking and problem solving skills and to feel trusted those skills and decisions will benefit all parties involved. It's a high energy environment which makes each day new in some aspect. I ENJOY MY JOB HERE!

Cons

The company has been in this particular building for a very long time. While it's not an uncomfortable environment to work in, the physical aesthetics could use a facelift. Insufficient parking on property for the amount of rapid growth we are experiencing, at times makes accessibility inconvenient. I find it difficult to write about "cons". There are very positive reasons I've worked here for 9 years and counting!

Pros

Money; most of the bonuses are uncapped and you can really work hard to increase your pay. Additionally, they offer lots of overtime. People; the employees are awesome, it is very diverse with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Training; I had never worked in a call center or anything similar and they quickly brought me up to speed. Plus the training and development is endless after that, you just have to be ambitious and vocal in your pursuit.

Cons

Schedule; you have to work 2-3 different schedules every week, and at least 2 Saturday mornings a month. Parking; arrive early you may have a few minutes walk ahead of you.
