5yThank you for your review. This past year during the pandemic has been quite challenging for everyone. Working from home may not be ideal for everyone and we understand that. For those who cannot complete their typical tasks during the day, they may choose to work some evening hours. Dependent on the project you are working, the workday may be structured to start later (IST) and overlap with N. American client hours but this will vary project to project.
We encourage associates to collaborate with their team members and if you are new to a project you can reach out to your manager or HR team for assistance in connecting with other colleagues with a similar skillset. With our open-door communication policy, we encourage you to reach out to anyone at any level within the company with any suggestions or concerns.
