5yThank you for your review. The last year during the pandemic has been quite challenging for everyone. With clients shifting to more remote work environments the project opportunities increased and we've been doing our best to meet the demand which, at times, has required additional hours from our team. With Emtec's own shift to remote work for our associate's safety during the pandemic, our management teams increased communications with their project teams to maintain as much day-to-day project normalcy as possible and ensure their team members well being. It sounds like this has been too much in your opinion. We have an open-door policy, where our leadership team (including our CEO) encourages direct communications on any concerns or suggestions. We also have an anonymous feedback request option that associates can utilize at any time. We urge you to reach out to our Executive Leadership or HR team to address your concerns if you are not comfortable speaking to your direct manager.
