In addition, we promote a culture of flexibility as opposed to micro-management, open communication at all levels, and a fun working atmosphere. We have gone through several acquisitions which is part of our growth strategy. Although these activities brought about changes as we integrated new team members and offerings, we believe these recent changes better position Emtec for continued success and provide our Associates with opportunities for growth.

They provide you great learning experience by giving you responsibilities even if you do not have previous experience doing that. They constantly send you for different training programs to improve you technical and commercial knowledge

Cons

They need to implement a proper process in the company to handle the order which comes in from the customers. Senior employees of the company disrespect the new employees and try to take advantage of them

We value and respect each of our employees input while conducting business with our clients and hence encourage our associates to share their ideas for improvement with their direct Manager or Emtec Management Team. We also have an open-door communication, associates are encouraged to work with their direct manager or HR in setting up steps for their career path.
