      I'm sorry to hear that you felt this way while with us. We at Emtec have been on a significant growth trajectory. We have gone through several acquisitions which is part of our growth strategy. As part of this continuous improvement, we refer to employee feedback and review compensation and benefits annually making adjustments as needed. In fact, we introduced more great benefits this fiscal year! Emtec has a corpo-preneurial culture that provides tremendous support for growth, innovation and empowerment to make decisions at an individual level. Emtec encourages open-door communication, Associates are encouraged to work with their direct manager or HR in setting up steps for their career path.
