We have a variety of challenging project work, and I am disappointed to hear that your experience was not a good one. Most of our employees finish one client project and move directly to their next client project with no downtime in between assignments. We work hard to keep all of our employees continuously assigned to work and our attrition rate is also better than industry average.       Company looks stable. And has parties and gatherings every year as well.

      Everything depends on the project you are assigned to, in my case my lead is not good and does supports in any case, gives a lot of work pressure.

      Here at Bridgenext, we hire the most talented people we can find and invest in their development over the course of their employment. Our project work is varied and full of robust technical challenges. With these client projects, there will be times that there are tight deadlines and we all work together to meet those client deliverables. There are other times during the project lifecycle where our deadlines are not as tight and the workloads are not as heavy. The project leadership is crucial for the success of the team. If employees feel there is a problem with the project manager or team leader, they should reach out to another manager or to the HR Department to get the support they need.
