Thank you for your 4-star rating! We are glad that you are enjoying our work culture and you feel like you are being paid competitively for your work. Our vacation or Paid Time Off (PTO) policy for our employees allows for an employee to take up to four weeks off at one time. We certainly do have employees who take this amount of vacation at one time--but it does require planning and enough advance notice for the manager so proper work coverage can be arranged. Taking advantage of unlimited vacation is more than possible--it just takes advance planning and proper notice to the employee's manager.
