Pros

Great product. The company really cares about producing the best product in the market.

Cons

Unqualified people getting promoted based on friendships and not on qualifications. This leads to a lack of viable strategy and poor culture. Because these leaders are not qualified, the seemingly tell half truths to cover their ineptness.

Pros

None. I dont recommend this company. HR covered up the fact that i was let go for pregnancy after i filed a complaint to them. They stopped taking my calls never looked into my complaint and then showed up woth the manager i complained against to let me go.

Cons

They will let you go if you are pregnant, no matter how good at your job you are.

Pros

The working environment is nice in the new building (includes a gym, cafeteria, activities like ping pong table and video game in the atrium.

Cons

The management team makes life much harder than it needs to be. Managers are constantly cutting from their budgets without knowing a thing about the work. This is causing the workers to have to pick up the slack and fight with management in order to get their jobs done. This company would run much smoother if half of the managers were let go. it's like we are back in high school with managers being in cliques. Only managers friends will be promoted here. Hard work will get you nothing at this company. They will use and abuse and then generally they loose the good workers to better companies.
